With over 15 years as a licensed clinical case manager and behavioral health specialist, Katie transforms traditional property management into an art form of community building. As Chief Operations Manager at Go Nest LLC, she leverages her extensive background in behavioral healthcare and human services to create seamless transitions for tenants while maintaining an impressive sub-2% vacancy rate for property owners. A Western Maine native with dual certifications in Maine and Georgia property management, Katie's innovative approach helped launch Maine Multifamily Monthly into the region's premier real estate network. Whether she's implementing cutting-edge property technology or notarizing important documents, Katie's comprehensive understanding of both human needs and business operations makes her an indispensable asset to property owners and a trusted advocate for tenants in their journey to find the perfect home.

Her journey from banking to specialized bookkeeping spans diverse industries, including engineering, architecture, and property management. This multifaceted experience, combined with her intimate knowledge of construction and historic property preservation, enables Go Nest LLC to offer meticulously accurate financial oversight that property owners can trust.

Steve's deep roots in Maine and comprehensive technical expertise make him the cornerstone of our property maintenance operations. A proud Buxton resident and family man, Steve brings over two decades of diverse mechanical, electrical, and plumbing experience to ensure our properties run smoothly year-round.

Steve's journey began in the U.S. Army as an engineer, where he received qualified training in both electrical systems and plumbing. His extensive experience includes owning Bills Brake and Exhaust in Portland, working with Richard Plumbing and Heating, and running his own maintenance company, J&S, giving him invaluable insights into property maintenance.

What sets Steve apart is his proactive approach to maintenance. Having weathered countless Maine seasons, he understands the importance of preventative care and quick response times. His military background as a recognized electrical and plumbing professional ensures our properties receive expert, systematic attention throughout the year.
