With a keen eye for property management, he’s been a quiet force in the greater Portland, Maine market since 2012. He’s an accomplished business strategist, entrepreneur and author. His savvy intuition and enthusiasm for real-estate investment, property development and management is evident in everything Bernard touches. An alumnus of Berklee College of Music, he’s also a credible musician, and you’ll spot Bernard behind the drums, engaging with music in his free time. The proud dad of 2 kids, this native New Yorker calls Yarmouth home and has been minted a coastal loving Mainer for over 30 years.

Michael’s nest expertise focuses on luxury and single-family home rentals. With vast experience in a multitude of Fortune 500 companies, including software startups, CFO functions from the retail and financial market industries and new home construction management, Michael treats every managed property as his own home. His attention to detail on managing home infrastructure and know-how on fixing pretty much anything stems from his background in Electrical Engineering with a Bachelor’s from the University of Maine. Michael currently resides in Yarmouth, and can often be found travelling the world, or boating in the Casco Bay and up and down the Maine coastline with his family.

If she is not exhibiting extravagant dwellings or serving as tenant concierge than she is usually performing flawless renditions with contractors, maintenance technicians and interior design. A magnificent work of urbanite comfort "mastery" befitting the expectations of the most demanding resident and client. Go Nest and all her denizens are privileged by katies handywork and inviting attitude. This a gift, and further testament to Katies behavioral science degree and 15 years customer service empiricism in health and human services, not excluding her passion and years of volunteerism petitioned by distinguished local foundations serving pets and families. Trustworthiness, impeccable multi-tasking, and time management abilities allows Katie to challenge herself during free time performing paralegal services at local Law firms and continuing studies at University of Southern Maine. A Maine Native, Katie enjoys the outdoors with her husband and 3 pets residing in the tranquil area of Southern Maine lakes region.
